Why does the same packet clear fast for one country and take twice as long for another?+

The deciding factor is whether the destination is a Hague party. If it is, the chain ends with an MFA apostille in one to three working days. If not, a mission step is inserted, and each mission has its own intake window and fee schedule — some accept files once a week, which stretches the job to two or three weeks.

Can you quote a fixed price for the whole project rather than per stamp?+

Yes. Once we know the destination, the number of documents and pages, and the deadline, we issue one bundled quotation covering government fees, translation, certification and running costs. Mixed-service engagements typically land between THB 7,000 and 120,000 depending on complexity, and we flag any add-on the receiving authority demands before incurring it.

If the receiving authority rejects the file, does everything start over?+

Usually not. We read the rejection notice to find which link broke: a translation defect is fixed at the translation step and only the affected stamps are re-run; only an expired original forces a fresh issuance. Where the error was ours, we absorb the cost of the corrective round.

Is there an annual arrangement for organisations that file regularly?+

Yes. For companies, hospitals, universities and family offices we assign a named account coordinator, standardise document templates, agree a turnaround SLA and issue a monthly status roll-up, so your internal team never has to relearn the government workflow each time an expatriate joins or leaves.

Do I have to visit the office in person?+

Only for the steps the law ties to your physical presence — signing in front of the notarial attorney, or fingerprinting for a criminal-record check. Everything else runs on couriered documents and a power of attorney, so upcountry and overseas clients can start by sending photographs of the papers for assessment.
