Frequently asked questions
Will an ordinary translation be accepted for a visa?⌄
Rarely. Embassies and Thai government offices almost always ask for a translation certified by a lawyer or accepted by the MFA.
What is the turnaround?⌄
One to five pages is normally 1–2 business days. Rare language pairs can take 3–5 business days depending on translator availability.
How is a NAATI translation different?⌄
NAATI translators are credentialed by Australia's National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters, which is what Australian and New Zealand visa, court and registration bodies require.
Do you cover languages not listed?⌄
Usually yes — contact the team and we will confirm translator availability for that language before you commit.
