Immigration officers and many airlines ask for a consent letter when a child travels with only one parent, with relatives, or alone — a safeguard against removal without the other parent's agreement.
Our letter names the child exactly as printed in the passport, both parents, the accompanying adult, the destination, the travel window and an emergency contact — the details border officers actually ask about.
The fee is THB 1,500 when both parents sign together; each additional signatory is THB 500 and English translation is THB 500 per page. Everything is quoted before we begin.

How to order

Destination, outbound and return dates, and the accompanying adult.

The other parent cannot attend — options?
They can sign on a different day, or before a Thai embassy abroad if they live overseas.
What about sole custody after divorce?
Attach the divorce annex or judgment showing custody, otherwise border officers may question the letter.
Is a translation needed?
Non-English destinations usually require one; we can translate and certify the translation in the same visit.
How many trips does it cover?
It states a travel window; a trip outside that window needs a fresh letter.
Is anything extra needed for solo travel?
Airlines usually add their own Unaccompanied Minor form alongside this consent.
Is consular legalisation required?
Some countries add layers — check with the destination embassy at least two weeks before departure.
