Foreign pension funds post a life certificate once a year; miss the deadline and payments are suspended. The critical element is an authorised person certifying that they physically saw the pensioner on that date.
The Notarial Services Attorney verifies identity from the passport, completes the certifier's section of the fund's own form, dates and signs it, applies the seal and gives contact details the fund can use to verify.
The fee is THB 1,200 per form and it takes about 15 minutes. The pensioner must appear in person; for those with limited mobility we offer on-site visits in Bangkok and the metropolitan area with a separate travel charge.

How to order
- STEP 1
1. Send the fund's form
PDF in advance so the attorney can review the certifier block.

2. Book the appointment
At least two weeks before the deadline to allow for postage.

3. Attend with your passport
The pensioner must appear personally; no representative is possible.

4. Attorney completes and certifies
True date, seal and verifiable contact details.

Email the scan, and post the original if the fund insists on paper.

Frequently asked questions
Can a family member attend instead?
No. The whole point is that the certifier personally saw the pensioner on the certification date.
What if the pensioner is bedbound?
The attorney can travel to the home or hospital in Bangkok and the metropolitan area for a distance-based travel charge.
Can you certify a German or Japanese form?
Yes — the attorney completes that form's certifier block and adds English certification wording where useful.
Is consular legalisation needed?
Most pension funds do not require it, but a few state it in their letter, so read the fund's instructions.
Can it be certified months early?
Not advisable — funds usually require the certification date to fall inside the window stated in their letter.
Can several forms be done at once?
Yes, for example pensions from two countries; THB 1,200 per form.
