Bank Signature Card Notarisation
Sign your bank specimen signature card before a Thai Notarial Services Attorney to open an overseas account. THB 1,500, completed in 30 minutes.

Most overseas banks (HSBC, DBS, OCBC, UOB, Bank of China) will not accept a specimen signature card that the customer signed alone — an authorised officer must witness the signing. In Thailand that role is performed by a Notarial Services Attorney under the Lawyers Council Regulation B.E. 2546.
You bring the bank's own form plus your original passport to our office, sign in front of the attorney, and the attorney records the act in the notarial register, seals it and signs with a register number that the Lawyers Council can trace.
Our professional fee is THB 1,500 per card. If your bank requires further layers, we map the Department of Consular Affairs and embassy route in advance, with government fees quoted separately from our fee.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sign at home first?
No. The attorney can only certify a signature made in his presence; a pre-signed card must be replaced.
Is a Thai ID card enough?
For Thai nationals yes, but overseas banks usually want a passport number on the certificate, so bring the passport.
How are multiple cards priced?
THB 1,500 per card. Tell us the count in advance and we issue one combined quote.
Do I also need consular legalisation?
It depends on the bank. Many accept the attorney's seal alone; some add Consular Affairs and embassy layers.
Can the attorney travel to me?
Yes within Bangkok and the metropolitan area, with a separate travel charge by distance.
How do I verify the attorney's authority?
The certificate shows the attorney's name and notarial register number, verifiable with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
