Overseas recipients rarely accept a self-printed minute. They want evidence that the authorised directors actually signed it — which is exactly what a Notarial Services Attorney certifies.

We check the resolution's wording against the signing authority in the DBD affidavit, and review quorum and meeting date, so no one can later argue the resolution was passed without authority.

The fee is THB 2,000 for one resolution signed by one director. Additional signatories or additional resolutions are priced by count and always quoted before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Our director is overseas — what now?

It must be notarised where that director is, or another Thailand-based authorised director signs if the binding condition permits.

Is the company seal required?

Only if the DBD affidavit says so; if it does, bring the seal to the signing.

Can you back-date a resolution?

No. The attorney certifies only signing done in their presence and always states the true date.

How are multiple resolutions priced?

Per resolution. Tell us the count in advance for a combined quote.

Should it be in English?

For foreign recipients a bilingual version reduces follow-up requests.

Is this enough to open a bank account?

Most banks pair the resolution with a Certificate of Incumbency and certified director passport copies.
