NAATI Certified Translation
NAATI Translation — Birth Certificate
NAATI translation of Thai birth certificates (Kor.Ror.1 / Tor.Ror.1) with Digital Stamp + QR. THB 1,300, 5–7 business days, ready for Partner/Child/PR visa lodgement.
Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00 (Bangkok)
The Thai birth certificate (new-format Kor.Ror.1 or old-format Tor.Ror.1) is the single most-requested document in Australian partner, child, and Subclass 445 visa applications. We translate hospital and district names per the 2024 NAATI Style Guide, using Royal Thai General System (RTGS) romanisation exactly as Home Affairs expects.
For old yellow-paper certificates with faded ink, we include a free pre-processing step to sharpen the scan before translation — ensuring the 13-digit ID and registry numbers read cleanly.
THB 1,300 covers one certificate (one page). If yours is a 'certified copy' with an amphur endorsement on the reverse, please flag it — the reverse stamp adds THB 300.

Use cases
Frequently asked questions
Old yellow-paper certificate — is it OK?
Yes. We pre-process the scan and add a Translator's Note: 'Translation from carbon-copy original'.
Parent name misspelled in the original?
We translate the original verbatim and add a Translator's Note flagging any variance with the passport.
Do you translate the reverse endorsement?
Yes if Home Affairs asks — many do. Reverse endorsement +THB 300.
Child born in Australia?
No translation needed — Australian birth certificates are already in English.
Also accepted in New Zealand?
Yes, INZ accepts NAATI universally.
Difference vs Thai consular certified translation?
Consular is for Thai / worldwide use; NAATI is for AU/NZ only — cheaper and more accurate for that purpose.
